All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asked info on trains and taxi’s etc. Despite and roadworks the location was ideal for us

At a loss for why the hotel is rated 4.8. The hotel is underwhelming. Rooms are small, bland and very basic. The hotel is in a good location…if you can get to it. There is construction occurring right at the front entrance of the hotel which makes the hotel inaccessible except by foot. You only learn about the construction after you have paid Expedia. The hotel is not well staffed. Tried multiple times to get directions from the hotel and only got voicemail. The roads around the Duomo are indeed confusing but in the absence of being able to speak to someone, near impossible to get to. I spent an hour circling to find a location close enough to the hotel to be unable to unload our location. You have to park your own car which is about .6 km away so you have to juggle getting your luggage into the hotel while parking illegally. The whole situation was very messy. The fellow behind the desk was extremely unhelpful. He explained he was the only one at the front desk and that is why calls went into voicemail. The hotel itself is about a 3.5, being generous. It is similar to a Times Square hotel in the US. There are much nicer hotels in Milan’s city center that are less expensive.

Amazing attention to detail, very friendly staff and couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was fantastic too with waitress service and freshly and individually cooked breakfast and coffee😀Will definitely return when next in Milan Thank you

Excellent location. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very cozy. We truly enjoyed our experience and would gladly stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel. Location right in the heart of it all and just a few steps from the Duomo. Terrific breakfast with eggs made to order in addition to a great buffet. A glass of prosecco in the bar every evening included in the price. Small enough that all the staff know your name, and are incredibly helpful. An amazing deli next door. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I was back in Milan.

Not 5 star but very nice for what it is and close to Duomo. Staf is very helpful.

Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Perfect location

Enjoyed the stay. The food was great for breakfast, property staff very friendly, room super comfy and the area near the hotel very walkable to popular sites and things to do. Nice area to be in. Hotel was always very clean. I would stay here again.
