Friendly staff, good food and beautiful views from lobby and room. Clean room, soft bed. Great only down side was that we actually booked smoking room and the smell was strong the first night after that it was fine.

When you’re in Japan, choosing a 4 or 5-star hotel rarely disappoints, and this hotel is a perfect example. It exceeded every 5-star expectation with impeccable service, immaculate rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Hotel was well situated and clean. We had a non smoking room but the floor smelt of smoke. No amenities, no gym, no spa and you had to take toiletries from the reception area as they were not supplied in the room. I would look for a hotel with more amenities next time. Bar was good as was the restaurant. No room service.

The hotel was over booked and I was put in a smoking room with my daughter. I asked to change rooms and they put us in a much smaller room with a small single bed. Last night before we flew out. Staff was not helpful or accommodating because they over booked and had no other rooms available.
