We arrived in the early hours and the reception staff was happy and helpful. We were booked onto an early Auschwitz tour the following morning so didn’t get chance to try the highly rated breakfast but otherwise everything was great

Hotel itself is in walking distance , about 10-15 minutes to the old town. Clean with good breakfast.we had a room with balcony and was nice, big and spacious. Thumbs up.the

Very nice clean Hotel for the price just outside the main Square and within easy walking distance the only downside was the bar was closed at this stage of the season

Welcoming staff upon check-in. Highlight was rotating breakfast which offered enough to help get the morning started to explore city. Food presentation seemed to be well thought out with a lot of care. Room size adequate for 3 with a well functioning air conditioner.

Emergency services were across the street if needed. Room was large. Bathroom facility was modern. Construction ongoing daily. Inconvenient to various restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. Food was served hot.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. We will only ever come back to this hotel when we come back to Kraków. Thank you 💗
