Perfectly clean and serviceable business style hotel. Interesting area close to train station - some decent eating options in the neighbourhood. It’s a little beaten up and maybe a year or two past renovation time, but if you’re ok with that and want to explore the area then no issues here.

Room is spacious considering it's in Tokyo. The staff was super nice and helpful. Overall a great place to stay for the price and value for families.

フロントが階段を登って２階にあるため、重い荷物を持った方や脚の不自由がある方には不向き。宿泊した部屋のバスルームも、フロアから30センチ程上にあったので出入りに一苦労。清掃作業は時間を掛けて丁寧にしていただいているのを確認。地下鉄駅に近く、西友を始め手頃な値段で買物や飲食ができる。

Great location and the service was very friendly, helping with bag transfer. One thing to note is that there is no lift to get to the building so less abled people will struggle.
