The hotel was clean and centrally located in the middle of town. Walking distance to the main shopping area and to the harbor. For one night stay it was enough and the breakfast was very good. Parking is tricky and the elevator holds 2 people. Unfortunately, were we not told this and were stuck in the elevator until the night manager assisted us out (a little stressful!!).

Very clean place! Had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was awesome and served very formally! They held our luggage for free for about 8 hours after we checked out!

We booked this hotel for one night. It was charming, sparkly clean and centrally located. The staff were so friendly and attentive. My birthday was the day of our departure. While I don’t recall mentioning this to the staff, they all knew it was my birthday, and wished me a Happy Birthday!! They even brought me a pistachio cake with a candle at breakfast to help me celebrate! While we were only there for a very short while, I hope we will get the chance to return one day! Thank you to Anna and the rest of the team for such a lovely stay!

Great quaility stay and customer service at Front Desk. The breakfast was fantastic hopeful that the quality stays the same. Rooms were spacious and well kept.

The rooms were laid out well. The staff was exceptional except for a very late limo driver that took over 2 1/2 hours to reach us at the Naples train station. Staff was very nice and helpful with bags check out, etc. which was important because the stairs leading to the room suites.
