Clean comfy convenient hotel. Great breakfast buffet worth paying the extra for, Would happily stay again. Bus stop from airport very close to hotel, we got bus directly with no changes - easier & less expensive than the train. Highly recommend.

Desk staff were friendly. The loud music at the front desk was a little much while I was trying to hear the receptionist speaking in a loud whisper. I could do without the foreigners from India, Africa and who knows where else running the elevators - very rude and pushy, especially during checkout, where I was set upon by two of them talking at me at the same time.

Best experience we had in HK. The family room is super nice for families with kids. The room is so clean, the staff is so nice and helpful with everything. The gym and the open pool on the top floor is very nice. The location is right at the center of the city with easy access to food, shopping etc. Would like to stay here next time.

Clean, helpful staff and convenient location- no complaints at all. Although breakfast is pricey, the food selection is excellent. The hotel has very cool vibes and is very nicely appointed once you are inside.
