the room was very comfortable and the location was convenient to everywhere around tokyo. the hotel was safe for a solo female traveller too!

This was a surprisingly nice hotel to stay at considering the reasonable price. The facilities were good, the staff were helpful and friendly and there were lots of delicious places to eat nearby.

The room was very cozy. Perfect size bed for a single person. The pillows were AMAZING! I enjoy going to Smile Hotel cause the staff are always helpful and nice. Everything is always nice and clean. It’s wondering going there.

I was in nonsmoking room but when I opened the door, I smell smoke. I asked to the front if I can change the room but all rooms are booked. He suggested that to spray an air freshener.

Polite, friendly staff—not much English, but it wasn’t an issue. Basic breakfast that didn’t vary but was tasty enough. Clean, decent size room. A little bit older busy hotel, but again it was perfectly adequate.

Kamangha-mangha
The staff were so polite while i tried to speak in Japanese. For a lower budget hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable, even more so than some of the expensive hotels i have stayed in in Japan.
