We had a wonderful stay at The Betsy. The hotel offers beautiful amenities, including a lovely pool area, beach service with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, and a great atmosphere right on South Beach. The property is elegant, well maintained, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the team handled it exceptionally well. They responded quickly, found a great solution, upgraded our room, and even reimbursed part of our first night for the inconvenience. Their outstanding customer service and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed us. The Betsy combines luxury, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. A great location, within walking distance of the action, but not directly in the mix. The hotel staff (Juan and Fritz) were extremely friendly and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for others.

The room was ok, wardrobe space very small thank goodness we were only staying a couple of days. The hand held attachment didn’t work only the overhead. The sink was blocked and the plug didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t worth having didn’t enjoy it. The bar however was wonderful & the staff were really friendly and welcoming.
