The room was clean, comfy bed, washroom is outdated need some repair, the staff is
Amazing! NO ELEVATORS but the staff are ready to help and carried my luggage at the 2nd floor! There is a bit smell in the room needs to be repair but over all
I will come back

No elevator so this could be a problem for those who can’t climb stairs. Washer/dryer wasn’t user friendly.

The room is clean matches the photos, the wifi is very weak. The location is convient and close to nanjing road and peoples square. The area is currently doing a urban renewal project so lots of construction and side walks are either closed or hard to walk on due to construction.
The window in our room was open and we cannot close them so a little noisy.
