처음 들어가면 냄새가 나요

The room I booked was a Family Room. In terms of space and layout it’s a very nice large room. The two Queen size beds were very comfortable. The problem I have is the bathroom. It has a fairly good size window and covered by a see through blind. You can absolutely see everything! Not a good “family” room, especially with children. The hotel tried to cover it up for us with towels and it helped. Water was leaking onto floor from water spray next to toilet. The bathtub is very old and dingy The place needs some maintenance and TLC. Phone doesn’t even work in the room to call the lobby. It’s just not as advertised. I booked 4 nights and ended up only keeping it for 2 nights with no cancellation refunded.

Far from downtown and noisy early morning

The best part about our stay at Hanoi Amore Hotel and Travel was 100% the staff - they were so friendly, accommodating, helpful and willing to help us plan our trip in/around Hanoi. The rooms are really nice and a good location. It was near Nga Tu So and near Royal city so it was very easy to reach other area. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this hotel so much. So friendly staff, especially Hai. He smile every time we walked in. Booked trip to Sapa for us. Room was nice with fancy furniture, it’s clean as well. Location was fab. It was near Nga Tu So and Royal city. Brilliant!!

Tôi đã đi công tác rất nhiều nơi và Hanoi Amore Hotel là nơi Tôi hài lòng nhất. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Nhân viên thân thiện đặc biệt là bạn Hải quản lý. Bạn ấy còn giúp Tôi book vé máy bay và tour đi Hạ Long. Vị trí khách sạn gần ngã tư sở và Royal city nên rất thuận tiện. Cảm ơn và hẹn ngày trở lại!

Good location (near Nga Tu So and Royal city). Cleaned and spacious room. Very friendly staff. They helped me arranged Halong bay trip as well. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy stayed in this hotel, staffs helpful to , room very clean, location is center in hanoi, restaurant outside delicious, Mr. Hai help me book a halong bay tour and sapa tour so beautiful, good room city view. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in Hanoi Amore hotel.
