Everything was clean, good location close to several train lines and shops/restaurants. The only real minus here is that the space is extremely narrow, so while there is storage under each capsule, getting stuff out of your suitcase is not super easy and will block the whole walkpath. This also creates a lot of noise of course, so beware of that. One thing they should do to help with this is mount wall hooks inside each capsule so you could hang backpacks, tote bags, and clothes etc so you are less tied to getting stuff from your storage compartment/suitcase all the time. This would be a massive upgrade in terms of utilizing the space better!

Very clean and easily accessible place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room/capsule was very clean and is very spacious even though its a capsule

如果你沒有預先設定，到達時會拿著行李很狼狽地被關在門外找尋方法進入，當你好不容易進去後，服務人員也很冷漠我甚至覺得他可能英文也不太好，只好什麼都自己摸索，房間沒有味道但我的床有一股狐狸騷味，不知道是床單沒洗乾淨還是床留下的味道?!總之整個晚上我都戴著口罩讓自己舒服一點，好在我的室友都很禮貌，晚上10點過後大家都很安靜，讓我在這窘迫的環境裡度過一個平靜的夜晚

First time solo travelling and this was the perfect place to start with. Such a relaxing place, enjoyed the quiet atmosphere when waking up and coming back from a long day. The staff were extremely lovely and respectful and made sure everyone’s stay was as relaxing as possible. I’ll be coming back for sure !!

There were no staff. Checking in was tedious. It wasn’t user-friendly at all- not pleasant for a late night arrival and first timer in Japan.
