これは施設側の問題と言うよりHotels.com の問題かもしれませんが、事前に滞在者登録をオンラインで済ませなくては無人チェックインの際のQRコードが受け取れない仕組みになっていた。その知らせがHotels.comから来ていなかったので、知らずに現地で無人のチェックインを済ませようと思ったらようと思ったらできなかった。夜遅かったので不安になったが奥から人が出てきて対処してくれたので事なきを得た。

Supposedly a room fir 4 but that would have been very cramped.....it was fine for 2. One of those self check in places and all gad to be done online. We had glitches and no support. Good location. Very convenient to fave washer/dryer.

I would recommend finding some place else. The location was ok the room was pretty poor. Check in was hard, picture shows a balcony you dont get. Room was roomy enough, though felt cluttered. Wouldn't stay here again

Spacious room. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree. Nice to have in room laundry. Very close to Sensoji temple. Wish the location was closer to the subway.

The check in was a pain. Since it was booked on hotels.com the process took about 20 minutes. Also. They will not check you in 1 minute before 3pm. They just stood there ignoring me until three.
