We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it’s truly impressive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of storage, while the bathroom was bright with a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, healthy options. My only issue was that the pool closed for 1.5 hours around midday for cleaning. While it’s understandable for the pool itself to be unavailable, the surrounding outdoor area was also closed, meaning we had to leave the sunbeds, which felt unnecessary and a bit abrupt (other guests nearby agreed with us also). That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautifully designed, in a great location, and overall a wonderful place to stay. If they improved how the pool cleaning is managed based on customer feedback, it would be perfect.

非常喜歡hotel dua 墾丁。其實來墾丁很多次，很多人都覺得墾丁越來越貴，但我知道氣候和環境都是飯店維護成本很高的因素。 hotel dua 墾丁願意在民宿多，大飯店也多的情況下，還願意在這時候進來墾丁，我相信他們對自己的品質有一定把握。 首先說地點，走出來的右邊就是墾丁大街，左邊就是大灣，地點超棒! 服務讓人非常舒適，房間的隔音很好，我吃早餐的時候看到很多小小孩，但我在房間內都非常安靜，完全不會被打擾。 總之是一個非常有質感的飯店，推薦大家一定要來住!

Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel vraiment très bien, soigné, moderne, calme, facile d'accès et avec des équipes attentionnées. Une mention particulière pour la décoration! La qualité du restaurant Sardine est à mettre en avant aussi. La piscine est trés agréable aussi. Il faudrait juste que les équipes du roof top et de la piscine accordent un peu plus d'attention à la propreté du mobilier de la piscine.

Clean room good services, great breakfast!

We had a great stay. There was no notification that the poolwas closed when I booked this room. This was. Deciding factor of ours to choose. The stay as great and we left a 5star google review. We are traveling from CANADA and wanted a nice stay. We got a great stay minus a big amenity.

Wonderful modern hotel with attention to detail. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
