I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was so nice. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The room was so clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and is close to a lot of shops and very walkable to city center.

We had a wonderful stay! Duy at the front desk was amazing. He speaks English very well and has such a friendly, professional manner. He helped our family arrange tours and laundry service, making everything easy and stress-free. The hotel is charming, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. We truly loved our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you, Duy and Trang, and the entire team for your excellent hospitality!

We really enjoyed staying at Stella De Boutique hotel. The location is great and walkable to lots of restaurants. The breakfast is good and their pho is even better than the pho you eat at the pho restaurant in Sapa. Every room is spacious with 2 queens that can easily fit up to 4 people.

We arrived late at night. The receptionist (I believe he’s the owner) sent me a message ahead of time to confirm the reservation and arrival time. The rooms were in good condition. The buffet breakfast was served on the 5th floor with excellent options. We checked out at 12pm and were allowed to stay in the lobby with our things until the transportation picked us up after 4 hrs or so. The owner even helped us in contacting our transport since they were late.
