This stay was a pleasant experience. First, the entire property is clean as with all of Japan. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provided small amenities like bamboo wash clothes and laundry detergent because yes, there are laundry machines in the room! This was exceptional to have on our trip. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast options were delicious and recommended adding the breakfast option when booking. Would stay here again!
