This is an exceptional hotel. We had three days of blissful luxury. The staff are faultless. The breakfast, afternoon tea, lagoon pool and beach area all stand out but the staff are the most outstanding. Tip…Take the half board option

Accessible to almost everything. Walkable to Bali Collection, coffee shops and restaurants. Resort is very clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant. Very personable, they treat everyone well. You don’t get hungry. There’s always a nice treat everyday; fresh fruits, goodies and other treats.

I have travelled at many resorts for over 30 years. And over 15 years with family. This resort was in the top 3 I’ve ever been too - and we’ve been everywhere. It may even be the best. It’s nothing short of stunning & very friendly / helpful staff.

Great experience overall! Lagoon villa room and facilities were exceptional. Staff are the heart of the hotel and go above and beyond to make your stay special. We wished we had more time to experience it all. Can’t wait to return.
