Loved everything about our stay except for an awful first impression. On arrival, we were told they overbooked and DOWNGRADED us. Absolutely awful customer service and completely unheard of to downgrade a customer due to their mistake. The room we booked was not available until 8:30pm, so my husband and I were put in a small twin room. Our luggage was not delivered for a long time so we couldn't even relax and enjoy our stay or use the pool. It was not until I called up Expedia and then spoke to the manager again later that they offered us dinner to compensate. This left a very sour taste in our mouth and ruined our first night there. The rest of the staff however were extremely friendly, especially Tommy, one of the lifeguards. The room we eventually got was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a large variety and was delicious.

Practically it's slightly less then 5 * hotel. Our rating is 4.8 But in general we are enjoying stay in every way - that was a wonderful holiday at leisure. Very recommend this resort for 4-6 days.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers an incredible atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Paid for the cliff suite only to walk in and my room smelling of paint fumes on day 3. They were working next door and didn't think to take into consideration the smell will linger into the other rooms. They had to move us to another room that just didn't have the great view we had. They had us go wait for 30min. Downstairs for them to not know anything till I said something. Then invited us for lunch to there Beach restaurant but no communication to anyone about that. The views and hotel is beautiful but Food and staff communication was not there.
