Breakfast looked delicious. The hotel did have a problem with mosquitos which was being fixed a few days after we left, everyone in my family received mosquito bites while at the hotel. Rooms are located on the fifth floor with a small elevator. The pillows felt flat and not supportive. The staff was nice and spoke English. The best part was the central location.

Great location to be if you want to explore Rome. Everything is walkable, from the Colosseum to the Spanish steps to the Trevi fountain, we were able to see everything we wanted to see. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station, which was very doable as we came in late at night. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable with nice little balconies.

Staff was very kind and helpful, very clean rooms at a good price. Rooms around 150sq ft which is a little bit small, but they were modern and clean. I would recommend

We recently had a fabulous 4 night stay in this lovely, intimate hotel. The location is ideal to visit all sites of Rome. Every evening we passed by the amazing Trevi Fountain before returning to our balcony for a glass of chilled wine. From check in to checkout we were exceptionally well looked after by all staff; given local information, room kept clean, and of course long, leisurely breakfasts and best eggs served on the terrace by Palmeria. We will definitely be returning to Rome and the Concept Terrace Hotel. S & A Ryan UK.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Rome. Very nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice, helpful and professional. Would stay there again.
