A copy of valid IDs for all guests must be submitted via email or cell phone before check-in. A damage security deposit is required upon arrival, based on the length of stay: PHP 2,500 for stays of 7-14 nights. PHP 5,000 for stays of 15-27 nights. PHP 10,000 for stays of 28 nights or more. A refundable security deposit of PHP 2500 is required at check-in to cover any charges or damages incurred during the stay.
