I’ve stayed in many hotels in Japan but suggest you don’t stay here. There are so many to choose from so no need to stay here

No front desk service until 14, as only staff have to clean the rooms in the morning. When I tried to use elevator, used towel, garbage occupied space, needed to ask to remove them. Expedia should drop the name from its list.

By far the worst place I've stayed in. The staff and service are fine. But the building condition is horrible, to start with there is no soundproofing so no need to worry if your alarm doesn't wake you up, the guest in the next room will do the job by simply coughing or talking. Not to mention the sound from the bathroom and the sewage pipes, if you are a light sleeper, get your earplugs ready. Speaking of bathroom, they have the smallest bathtub I've ever seen, it is impossible to turn around standing in it without touching either wall or shower curtain. Oh and there is also no decent light in the room, plus it seems like both the air-conditioner and hair dryer have never been cleaned since the place started business.

An easy walk from ShinOsaka on a dry day. It would be a nasty walk on a rainy day. The noise from the busy railway penetrates the hotel rooms.

Hotel room is small, and the bathroom is even smaller, it's like you standing in a half-size bathtub for a shower, and that's it, no extra space. hotel front desk and walkway is full of smell of cigarette, we stayed on the 3rd floor, which is non smoking area, but still can smell the odor sometimes. the hotel is so small, the lobby (if that means the area when you steeping in the hotel and waiting for the front desk) is tiny, so they don't keep luggage for anyone, don't be there too early before check in time, there is no place for you to rest, and same for after check out. you can hear the train passing by outside of the window, but on the other hand, good thing is that it's very close to the train station.

I stayed with two of my friends and we all shared one room with three futons. The room and bathroom were clean so we were all satisfied. The location isn't bad. There were a lot of reviews saying you had to cross the bridge in order to get to the hotel so having big luggage isn't recommended, BUT there is another way that involves an elevator! It's very hidden but if you're willing to walk past the JR tickets and trains and cross over in the station, then you can bring your large suitcases. It's also Japan, so traveling heavy isn't really recommended in the first place. The staff didn't speak English so communicating was a little difficult. If you live in Japan and have a gaijin card, it doesn't matter, you still need your passport to check in. I tried to just use my gaijin card (because I don't like bringing out my passport a lot) as identification because it's generally accepted as an ID but the guy wouldn't accept it. So just bring your passport in case. Cheap and you get what your pay for so I would recommend this place if you just need a place to sleep when in Osaka.

Acceptable cleanliness. Close to JR ShinOsaka station. However, noise from the nearby JR station could also be heard . And, no cloakroom service for our baggages after checked out.
