We loved this hotel. It is super spacious(family of 5), amenities were amazing and it is located next door to the bus station. Less than 15 mins from the old Village. They even includes free drinks. I will stay here again when I visit Takayama.

Extremely large room, fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer. Room had a balcony with a great view of the city and mountains. In unit laundry was great, but note that a single load would take hours to wash and dry. Staff was friendly and very professional and polite. Check in/out was smooth, quick and seamless. Hotel conveniently located right next to the Takayama bus station, and within walking distance to attractions like Miyagawa market, Showa-kan museum, etc. Family Mart and 711 nearby along with many restaurants.

Stayed with wife and 2 children in a suite. Spacious and clean. Helpful staff well versed in English. Suite comes with kitchen, living room, fridge, oven, washer and dryer. Offers free japanese calligraphy at level 2. The only minus is that the onsen is not within the building but a 7-10min walk to another building located further down the street. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor, sauna as well as sauna. There are a few free private rooms but likely to be occupied unless you are in luck.

The hotel room was spacious. The room was separate from the kitchenette. We had un-room washer dryer. It's also convenient that the bathroom are separated. Staff at registration were helpful and friendly, esp Nao. We like the front patio in front of the lobby entrance where you sit, relax and watch people walk by. Next door to train station and bus to Shirakawago and other places. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

Room was clean and staffs was friendly, they offer access to the onsen of another hotel (10 minutes walk) which belongs to the same group. Very near Takayama station and walkable to the morning market and the old town district. The only problem is with their air ventilation system, we constantly smell smoke in the room which coming off from the air vent, we have to open the door to let fresh air come in the whole night.
