Solo stay

Amazing breakfast! Looked forward to the selection everyday of my stay. The room was clean and cozy and a Lawson was around the corner. Also loved that there was a fridge in the room. The staff also helped with my luggage transfer to Tokyo. Overall very convenient and helpful.

Staff was very helpful from check in to check out. Rooms were smaller than what we're used to. It was just enough for our party of 3. Hallways could be cleaner, they leave the dirty linen carts by the elevators which I thought should've been kept more discreet. Elevators were slow. Looks like there were only 2 elevators both used by guests and staff alike. Location was great, close to train/subway stations, walking distance from a few convenience stores.

I was disappointed how crowded this hotel was. The elevators were a nightmare. Waited like 20 minutes and then it was packed. They only have 2 regular size. I stayed three days and it was always the same issue at all time of the day, even when I left at 5:15am. We got there at 2pm and they wouldn’t check me in unless I pay extra. I got to my hotel in Tokyo 3 hours early and they checked me in early at no cost. The best thing was the shower and the bathroom. Bed and pillows were descent.

Hotel was very kind- we arrived earlier than check in time and they offered to store our bags. Our room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was great. Room was spacious and even had a back massager . Hotel was located in a pretty transited area, however the property is quiet. Near train station and easy to get around.

Amazing experience here at Hotel Forza! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Breakfast was amazing. And location was good. 5-7 minutes walk from 2 main subway stations.
