The best breakfast! It was a brunch, good location near dotombori, we use Uber but it was close. I like the size of bedroom not to small

My daughter and I stayed two weeks at Hotel Forza in Kitahama. We had a fantastic stay there. The staff has been excellent to us. The rooms are a little small but that didn't bother us at all. The beds were large and comfortable, with separate rooms for the toilet and shower. There are plenty of space to put away your things. However if you do have valuables that you'd like to keep protect, know that there aren't safes in the room itself. At least not in the room we stayed in. Breakfast is served in the morning and is a wide assortment of options. The eating area is large but it is advisable to get there early and go with an appetite as it is a buffet. There is a laundry room on the second floor containing two washers and dryers. Keep in mind that doing the laundry will take 1.5 hours and you must be mindful of others who may want to use it after you. All in all, we would very likely stay there again in the future.

I only stayed 1 night, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and assisted me at the reception kiosk. The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was available but unfortunately I had to leave early to catch my flight. The check out process is super easy, just insert your card into the reception kiosk. The location is very close to a station, and walking distance to many nearby sights and attractions. I visited dotonbori super quick. Next time I come to Osaka, I will stay here 😁

We stayed a little over a week. Staff were amazing & super courteous/helpful! Loved the amenities bar & unlimited water/coffee machine. The elevators could be better though, having been placed on the 17th (most tippy top floor), two elevators (really just 1 that felt like it was actually working) was really inconvenient and slow. There was a housekeeping staff, a younger Filipino gal who continued to give me major attitude for simply asking for things that we needed in our room during our week+ stay. Thankfully her colleagues were a lot more kind, so we often depended on their kindness and hospitality instead.

Very nice hotel and the price is great too. Honestly for the amount of space in the room and products given it was cheaper than APA hotel which surprised me I would definitely stay at a Forza hotel again. Staff was very accommodating and friendly!
