Kamangha-mangha
The stuff provides incorrect information about the shuttle schedule. We had to waited on lobby because the room wasn't ready during check in time. The room is clean and breakfast is good. I would book this place again.

Personnel ultra gentil. Déjeuner trop populaire mais bien géré. Navette efficace. Si vous dépasserez l’heure ne pas avoir peur de revenir à pied . On l’a fait 4 fois. Merci

It's a nice hotel. Everything was clean; I requested room cleaning and they left everything lovely. The breakfast is good, however, there could be more options for guests and a little more space in the serving area. The service was very good, and the transportation to the metro was also convenient.

Only downside is there’s 2 elevators for all 19 floors. 1 out of 2 nights we stayed, one was out of service. The 3rd elevator is used/locked all day for staff movement. Also breakfast says till 10 but at 940 everything was taken away so don’t plan to arrive after 930. Shuttle to the subway was amazing! Drivers so kind, if you are trying to come or go between 11am and 5pm you need to take the bus. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and pillows perfect. Room clean, bathroom and showers great, they replaced towels without us asking, and even took the garbage we were accumulating and waiting to take out for us. Front desk staff were kind, housekeeping as well. We will 100% stay again.

The room was clean, check in was easy, staff were super nice and helpful. My only complaint was the elevators, haha. There was a looooong wait every time or a workout going up the stairs. Location isn’t wonderful bc it’s not a place that’s great for walking to/from but a bus stop is just a few minutes walk and that transfers to subway stations to make access easy. Alternatively, you can sign up for the shuttle which takes you to the subway station.

Stay was very welcoming, the breakfast was great, loved the cheesy omelette and potatoes. Always came back to a clean and cooled room plus our view to the bridge was awesome, definitely want to came back again soon.
