The smell at the hallway is not decent. The curtains have terrible stains and are not completely closed. The shower curtain top is ripped and too small to cover the whole shower stall so after each shower, water is everywhere on the floor. I complained to the front desk staff after the first night about that issue but nothing changed.

No 24 hour coffee service as the receptionist said. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. No smart tv. Just cable channels. And full size bed

Mahusay Bathroom is very weird Toilet unfit for me because wall very closely my face wow. No parking at Hotel's property parking lot but just parking at street that made me worry about my value in truck.

Left our luggage at the hotel before checking in. Luggage room was secure and I felt comfortable enough to leave it there for the whole day. Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. One complaint is just the noise at night since the hotel is located near the tracks and subway stations. Overall great stay would come back again
