The cement stone pillars of the old factory building are preserved, and the wall made of cement sandstone texture artistic paint is a replica of the quarry excavated by the removal of mountains and land reclamation at the beginning of urban construction. The criss-crossing metal poles are like scaffolding extending upward step by step, telling the full story of the once-bustling bustling scenes of Old Luohu. Sculpture artist Jiang Sheng's work "First Memory" specially created for NOA is also located here.
