Location in old quarter is excellent! Beware the waters in the fridge are at a cost, but they refill small bottles daily. Overall, great staff and place.

The staff were pleasant. TV not working, only one key for the room. Breakfast was good; however, facility breakfast site is 5 minutes walking distance.

Very good for shops. The air conditioning was good except on very hot days. Staff did things fine but they were not as friendly as other hotels in Hanoi

The room was totally not ready for our arrival. For a quadruple room booking there were only 2 towels, 2 pairs of slippers, 2 bottle of water, coffe and tea were not replenished, etc.
