The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest.

Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. We especially appreciated the bidets and Qibla direction, which are very helpful for Muslim travelers. Highly recommended for anyone exploring the Jungfrau region!

the room was huge, very nice, and had a really nice view of the alps. the staff was very friendly and the amenities were free. I definitely recommend. The hotel was right next to train station as well so it made it really convenient especially if you are tired from snowboarding/skiing all day

What a beautiful and homey place to stay while in Interlaken. It was steps away from a grocery store and the train station but also very walkable to the river and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!
