The hotel is in a very ideal location, close to transit, convenience stores, and walking distance to Dotonbori. The staff are very helpful during check in and check out processes. There is a weighing scale in the lobby which is very convenient for tourists. The hotel also offers amenities near the elevators, and sleepwear rentals. You can also borrow hair irons, extension cords, etc in the lobby. There is also an airport express bus depot at Doton Plaza which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We also purchased breakfast vouchers at the kiosk and the buffet was good for the price. There's continental and Japanese breakfast options which was great! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Highly recommend! I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It has everything you could possibly need! Clean! Cold ac, super helpful staff, and so close to so many cool shops! Highlights: Proximity to Dotonburi Smokers room And definitely Add the breakfast buffet!

Honestly, I was amazed. The location, the price the amenities was all exactly what we were looking for. As far as a hotel. All I want to sleep and shower.. this place was exactly what we wanted. My wife lost a very valuable ring. We looked everywhere and knew it was lost in the room. We never found it. Later that day we came back to a clean room with the really expensive ring laying on the made up bed. My wife was in tears that someone found it and didnt keep it. Tried to contact the front desk to find out who cleaned the room so we could give a substantial amount of offerings for their honesty. Unfortunately, due to language barrier they were no help trying to find the housekeeper. But I praise this hotel for all the effort they do to keep guest happy and comfortable during fast paced short stays.
