Overall it's good, especially for its cost as compared to other hotels nearby. It's location is very convenient. If I ever visit Osaka again, I most likely will stay here again.

We picked this hotel due to the proximity to Dotonbori and pick up locations for the events we booked on Klook. Property was clean and checking in/out was easy with their Kiosk. 1 of the 4 elevators was out during our stay which caused some backups in the lobby. I wish there were more washer/dryer machines as there were only 3 on the property. This one of the main things we look for when when booking. We opted for their breakfast buffet option with our stay. I wish there were fresh fruit, it all looked like it was all from the can. The daily offerings was the same and I was getting tired of eating the same thing after 3 days, more variety is needed!

The staff was polite and helpful they helped us with anything we needed. The room is small, difficult to control air conditioning, has a smell of humidity, our room has a view to a wall. One of the four elevators was in maintenance but another one wasn't respecting timing or had trouble reading with their laser because the doors would close hard. Location is good for walking to dontobori or taking a train/subway to anywhere in osaka.
