Hotel and staff were great. The complimentary breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I didn't love that the elevators only work with a hotel key card. Made balancing things awkward, and also prevents delivery drivers or visitors to go directly to the room.

Everything was awesome in this Hotel nothing absolutely nothing to complain about it I've stayed here 3 years in a row the clean rooms the clean hotel overall the good breakfast very nice and helpful staff up front i would definitely come here again

This was by far the best experience I have had in a hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not being from the area , they advised me on places to eat and transit options. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They charge to park in the parking lot. $25.00 + tax. How the heck do they think you got there? Where else are you supposed to park when you stay for 1 night?? Wasn’t impressed. Won’t go back as unfortunately I can’t take my car to the room with me. It has to stay in a parking lot.

There was a power outage in the hotel up to 7:30 PM. We thought a discount should have been offered for the inconvenience but when we asked, there were excuses made of the manager not being there. Didn't buy it.
