Second time staying- immaculate room condition and super courteous staff. Beautifully decorated Japanese style hotel you surely don’t want to miss it! Highly recommended for all. Their Japanese style breakfast is a must try. Can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Origami restaurant is nice and with the best food I’ve ever experienced. No complain at all.

Lucked out with the weather not being extremely hot. The hotel is perfectly placed where you are mere minutes from hoping on a subway or walking to food areas. I would come back here again in a heartbeat

Hotel was clean and room are spacious, however slightly less luxurious than hotel of similar prices. The level of service from staff is also slightly worse than hotel of similar prices

The hotel was perfect in every way possible. The staff were absolutely amazing and the room was fabulous ( a corner king room). It was a lovely way to spend time in Tokyo.
