The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!

Ang aming gabay na si Alex ay mahusay at tumulong sa pagkuha ng mga litrato ng marami sa amin. Nagbahagi rin siya ng mga impormasyon tungkol sa mga atraksyon na pinuntahan namin sa English at Chinese. Ang oras na inilaan para sa bawat atraksyon ay sapat lang. For this trip to Hokkaido, I booked three one-day tours, and this one was my favorite! The weather was excellent, and our guide, Habi, was easygoing and lovely. The entire trip went smoothly. We took photos, went for a walk, and even enjoyed ice cream and cream puffs from a farm. Since I didn't want anything sweet for lunch, I chose a ramen shop from the provided list and had the Soya Salt Ramen, which was a local specialty and quite delicious. After lunch, we walked back to explore the supermarket. In September, you can see Mount Yotei, Kochia scoparia (summer cypress), lavender, and Shinsen-numa (God's Pond), offering a rich variety of scenery and experiences. Highly recommended!
