Overall, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making it a truly memorable and enjoyable day. This tour is essential for anyone wanting to fully experience Nusa Lembongan with an efficient schedule. I was thrilled to see manta rays while snorkeling. It was also fun to see beautiful fish at the other two snorkeling spots. For lunch, you can choose from curry, Nasi Goreng, or Mie Goreng, and it also comes with fruit. We were also given complimentary water. We visited scenic viewpoints and enjoyed ourselves until the boat departed. This tour is highly recommended and offers excellent value for the price!

Dede and Eka are our drivers in from hotel to ferry port and local driver on Penida Island. They are very friendly, helpful and with great driving skills. They are also responsive via whatsapp. For snorkelling we are able to see Manta and many topical fish which is great. The road from snorkelling shop to Kelingking is around 45mins and the road is quite bumpy, be patient the stunning view in Kelingking is worth.

To get thrown into rough sea to see Manta Rays at Manta Bay was scary for beginners or non swimmers, best to start at Crystal Beach and work your way up to the different places would cause less anxiety for them! I loved the experience it was a highlight of my trip to Bali as always wanted to do it but very expensive elsewhere.

We originally booked this as a day trip from Sanur, but as we were staying on Lembongan Island, the operator kindly arranged a different return boat for us. We really appreciated their flexibility. The waves were too strong to visit the manta ray spot, but we visited four other snorkeling spots instead. The water was surprisingly clear, and we saw lots of fish, which was great fun. Some spots were quite crowded with other groups and boats, so it was difficult to snorkel freely and safely. Still, overall, we really enjoyed the snorkeling experience.

On the day of the activity, we waited for the driver to pick us up. Since it was a shared ride, there was a slight delay. Upon arrival, we were offered welcome drinks and filled out some simple forms and signed the activity waiver. There are two bathrooms and one changing room, as well as simple lockers for personal belongings. You can also bring your belongings on the boat, but they might get wet! We went snorkeling at four different spots and were very lucky to see manta rays and sea turtles, with many fish right before our eyes. It was a fantastic experience! It can be a bit nerve-wracking at first, but if you relax, you'll really enjoy the process. I highly recommend this activity. Our activity finished around 1 PM, so we were able to have lunch back at the hotel and then pack our luggage to catch the boat back to Sanur. I booked the boat tickets with hotel transfer through the hotel, which was very convenient and reassuring. I'm sharing this for your reference. My daughter lost her fins in the ocean at the first snorkeling spot, but the vendor didn't ask us to pay for them. Everyone, remember to wear your fins securely! The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease!

The whole team was professional and very friendly. We were about to finish a dive and two rays swam around the surface to greet us and our diving instructor let us stay in the water longer to watch the rays. The process wasn’t rush and safety was always at the top of their minds. Highly recommend!

The diving instructor is helpful in guiding a beginner who has no prior experience. He helps take lots of photos which can be purchased at a price. The acitivity is relatively expensive for the price level in Indonesia, although overall it is a nice experience especially being able to see lots of manta!

It was so great! The owner was kind, and the instructor was cheerful and fun. I had originally planned to try other places, but I liked it so much that I went for three days in a row, haha.
