ease of booking on klook. facilities were clean. staff were friendly. my 4 yo daughter had the most fun trying out all the different professions. my daughter gets to earn her own kidzcash and spend it later in the day. there were shows and lots of eateries too. really enjoyed our experience there. we are already planning our next visit too😜

The staff at BMC Mall were very helpful and kept arranging the toys to ensure the items were well organised. Price: We went during the weekdays, it was only RM25, with adults (need to purchase at the physical counter RM10)RM10 at the physical counter) hence there.

Suggest to fix aircond/cooler at jump street Although shaded & fan is huge still the place is extremely hot as it is zinc roof. the place need maintainance.

You can reach the mall directly by taking the subway to Surian Station, which is very convenient and protects you from the sun. Its excellent location makes it ideal for visiting in any weather. The park operates on a timed entry system (every half hour), and the crowd control measures help maintain order within the venue. Upon entry, staff will stamp your hand, allowing multiple re-entries throughout the day, which provides great flexibility for your visit. There are many adorable animals in the park that you can interact with up close. For example, there are two lambs that roam freely. If you stop petting them, they will gently nudge you with their small horns, indicating they want you to continue. However, it's a bit sad that only one capybara remains from what used to be three. Visiting here evokes mixed feelings: on one hand, I really want to get close to the animals, but on the other, I feel sorry for them, as they are brought here by humans to live in an artificial environment without even the chance to bask in the sun. Overall, I recommend arriving around 10:30 AM. After exploring for a while, you can head downstairs to the mall for lunch. After your meal, you can use your hand stamp to re-enter the park and continue your visit. It's a relaxing and fulfilling half-day outing.

Madali lang ang proseso ng pagpapareserba ngunit kailangan silang tawagan dahil ang kanilang WhatsApp line ay nailipat sa bagong numero kaya asahan ang pagkaantala sa pagtugon. Maganda ang kapaligiran, at ang mga staff ay palakaibigan ngunit walang masyadong usapan. Maaari kang magdagdag ng aromatic oil para sa masahe, pagkatapos ay itatalaga nila ang masahista. Nagsisimula ito sa pagbabad ng paa at pagkatapos ay masahe. Gagamit sila ng mainit na tuwalya upang alisin ang labis na langis sa iyong katawan. Napakasarap! Lubos na inirerekomenda.

Ang tanging problema lang ay medyo mataas ang halaga ng klase 😂

Awesome experience! Staffs were friendly & patient! Instructions were clear and we had a great time! topped up additional 80rm for 2 bigger canvas (30x40). Good activity as you can bring back your art piece right after! highly recommend!

My 3y/o toddler had a great time here. We tried every activity offered in the place. The place is well maintained and the staffs are diligent and friendly. They also have promotions and extra activities (during weekend) so make sure to check out their website before you book. Overall, we are happy with the place and service.

Napakarelaxing at perpekto para sa pagpapamper sa sarili. Ang pagkuha ng serbisyo ay walang abala at ang mga staff ay palakaibigan at matulungin. Nasiyahan ako sa kanilang sangay sa Singapore, kaya nang malaman kong mayroon din silang sangay sa KL, agad akong nag-book at wala akong pinagsisihan!
