Mga hotel malapit sa Motobu Genki Village

Perhaps the main draw of this hotel is its personal touch. There's a welcome bar with water, tea, and popcorn. The hotel also has a shop stocked with all sorts of daily necessities. Maybe it's because it's summer, but they even open the rooftop for guests to enjoy fireworks, and you can borrow a lighter from the front desk, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast is incredibly rich, far exceeding expectations, and it's definitely a must-try. However, the room facilities are a bit old, and there were constantly small ants coming out of the bathroom, though the hotel attributed it to nature. Overall, the breakfast makes up for everything.

The location is very close to the Churaumi Aquarium. Downstairs from the hotel, there's an ocean-view Starbucks, Blue Seal ice cream, and a shopping street. The room is spacious, perfect for families with children, and very convenient for cooking breakfast and dinner. The only downside is that the outdoor pool doesn't open in the morning, so my child didn't get a chance to swim before checkout!

The room was very spacious, as expected for a condo. It had a washing machine, kitchen utensils, and a bathtub. The atmosphere was pleasant, with views of the sea and the botanical garden. There was ample parking available. It was also close to the aquarium. The surrounding area was calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I really liked it. My only complaint is that I unfortunately got a room where the air conditioner remote was broken, and there was no staff available at night. It also rained during our stay, making the room very humid. Condensation formed on the floor, and there were mold stains on the ceiling near the air conditioner. I hope this can be improved; it would be excellent.

Honestly, this is a fantastic hotel for families. The rooms are designed like family apartments, and it's no surprise they come with a kitchen, but they also thoughtfully provide tableware and dish soap, which is a very nice touch. One thing to note is the check-in time; if you plan to arrive late, remember to send an email in advance to notify them. The friendly front desk lady will do her best to assist you.

The operator was great. It seems Klook lacked experience, as a code was required for check-in, but it wasn't provided even on the day of check-in. Klook customer service offered no assistance at all, and I ultimately had to contact the hotel myself to resolve the issue. Additionally, regarding the HKTV Mall cashback, I'm still waiting for Klook's confirmation and response before it can be issued. Could Klook please help follow up on this?

beautiful ocean view from the room that I got! the price was great, it was definitely worth it to stay the night here
