Mga tour sa Thien Cung Cave

We were a group of 5 (4 adults and 1 teenager). It was a great, full-day experience. We were all tired but in a good way. The communication from our guide was so helpful and his English was quite sufficient. Due to heavy traffic, the bus was about 30 minutes late and couldn't meet us in front of our hotel but our guide informed us ahead of time. He met us at out Hotel and directed us to the main road (a short walk away) to board the bus. All of the staff were so friendly and always wore a smile. Whenever we exited the bus, or boat, they provided ID tags to help us get back to the correct one, since there were so many other people, buses and boats! They were very, professional, organized, efficient and customer service oriented. The only complaints we had were that the announcements volume was too low to hear & the food at the last stop was not good. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations. I'm impressed with the follow ups during & after the event requesting feedback.

Halong Bay is a must see tourist spot in Vietnam. We went on a cruise with lunch included. The lunch was great and the tour was worth it. The tour guide and driver are very approachable. He helped us in taking good photos.

Halong bay is beautiful. We really enjoy the scenery there. Especially Ti Top island where we climbed up to the peak. The scenery of the bay is magnificient.

ハロン湾までは片道3時間ほどありましたが、快適なバスで過ごせたので楽ちんでした！途中でサービスエリアでトイレ休憩もあるので、安心でした。日本語がペラペラなガイドさんだったので、常に安心でベトナムの文化やチップの制度など色々と教えてくれたので良かったです！バスで1人1本貰えたのも嬉しいポイントでした。天気も良くハロン湾がとても綺麗でした。壮大な海にいくつもの奇岩が聳え立ち、映画の中に入ったかのような景色でした。鍾乳洞にも入って、中がとっても綺麗で非現実的な空間でした。船内で食べたシーフードのランチも全部美味しかったです！ペットボトルのドリンクは環境への配慮で船内から持ち込み禁止でした。水筒ならOKでした。船内では有料のドリンクを勧められますが、買っても買わなくてもOKです！総合して、参加してとても良かったです。ハノイまで来たらぜひツアー参加をお勧めします！

We had a wonderful day with this trip! First of all, I’d like to say thank you to Kimi as our tour guide. He is an amazing person to manage everything by himself from morning to night time. It is not easy to make sure 40+ people are safe and having a good time! He is so kind, funny, and take his responsibilities in another level! Thank you so much, Kimi! Ang tour ay tumagal lamang ng mga 6 na oras at sulit na sulit. Makakabisita ka sa 3 lugar na may maraming nakakatuwang aktibidad. Kailangan mong sumakay sa speedboat, na opsyonal. At ito ang pinakanakakatuwang aktibidad (bagama't kailangan mong magbayad ng dagdag na 300k, ngunit tulad ng sinabi ko, ANG PINAKANAKAKATUWA). Malaking pasasalamat sa aming tour guide, si Mr. Tung. Inalagaan niya kaming mabuti.

Mahalaga sa akin ang banyo saan man ako magpunta, at gustung-gusto ko na napakalinis ng mga banyo sa cruise na ito! Bukod pa riyan, napakabait ng aming tour guide na si Tu. Katamtaman lang ang pagkain tulad ng sinasabi ng ibang mga review!!! Dahil sa patuloy na pag-aasikaso ng tour guide, nakakain at nakapaglaro ako nang masaya at may kasiyahan bago umalis. Pinili ko ito dahil sulit ang presyo, pero kung hindi sulit ang presyo, sa totoo lang maganda ang mismong kurso pero mukhang hindi ako babalik dahil luma na! Mayroon akong ilang payo para sa mga Koreano, maraming Indoslam dito, kaya kung ayaw mong makisalamuha sa kanila kapag sumasakay sa bamboo boat o iba pang aktibidad, mas mabuting magsama-sama ang mga Koreano at sabihing mayroon tayong 10~16 na tao. Sa kabutihang palad, nakasama-sama kami. Kung hindi, baka magkaroon ka ng hindi magandang alaala sa mga Indoslam. Hindi mahalaga kung hindi ka marunong mag-Ingles. Walang gaanong paliwanag sa Ingles, at masisiyahan ka sa iyong paglalakbay kung marunong kang magsabi ng 'Okay' at 'Thank you'. Pero sa totoo lang, walang gaanong makikita, pero ang mga oras na ginugugol mo roon ay napakahaba, at wala ring konsepto ng oras ang mga Indoslam, kaya medyo nayayamot ako, pero nag-enjoy ako sa aking paglalakbay. Sa totoo lang, sa tingin ko hindi na kailangan ng Korean tour guide. Lubos kong inirerekomenda ito.

Our Halong Bay tour was amazing, with stunning views of limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Sung Sot Cave was breathtaking with its magical rock formations, and Ti Top Island offered a rewarding climb to a panoramic view. The boat, food, and friendly staff made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. Plus Tour leader “Lee” made our day amazing!!! Fully recommended!
