The tour content was wonderful. We encountered mysterious mangroves, sea turtles, and pods of dolphins while snorkeling, and the boat staff were also great! There was a delicious lunch with choices. But what made this tour perfect was our tour guide. They immediately accommodated a change in the pickup location on the morning of the tour. They ensured we had comfortable spots all day. Their service was polite and kind, and their Japanese was excellent. They offered suggestions that met our requests. They were truly so helpful! We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves thanks to our guide's wonderful smile! I highly recommend this tour to everyone 😊

Napakakinis ng biyahe! Gaya ng nabanggit sa itinerary – mayroon nang naghihintay na guide para sunduin ka sa pier na may karatula ng iyong pangalan para hindi ka maligaw. Napuntahan namin ang lahat ng lugar at nakakuha ng maraming magagandang litrato. Ang tree house lang ang inabot ng halos 1.5 oras na paghihintay. Salamat sa buong biyahe!! Napakaganda!!

l had the best time. l got to meet different king of from all over the world. our guide Kadek was so kind and gave us tips and was really looking out for us. he even help take are photos. we had enough time to explore while learning about the culture. definitely booking again

We booked a private transfer for two. It seems they always give 2 pick up time options due to traffic and peak season. Since we are not early risers, we stick to 8am pick up from our hotel in Jimbaran. The snorkeling was on a shared boat with a pro guide—we fed the fish in the water, saw Nemo hiding in the corals and a small manta ray at Tanjung Jepun! Afterwards, we used the standard public showers and our guide unexpectedly provided us towels which was nice. After lunch, Andre drove us to a lovely, clean coffee plantation in the cool highlands - tried 15 drinks! Finally, he accompanied us to the shuttle bus, tickets, and lines at the Gate of Heaven, we hardly had to wait! We passed our hp to the staff and he took amazing photos of us! Just 50m walk uphill there's also a Bali swing place and dress rentals. ​Our day was totally relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. Thank you and 5 stars to our guide, Andre! ​

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience in Nusa Penida! We loved this trip and it definitely deserves 5 stars! The entire organization was excellent, including the transfers between Sanur port and the hotel, both for arrival and departure. Our guide in Nusa Penida was spectacular: very friendly, attentive, and willing to slightly adapt the itinerary to our interests, which we greatly appreciated. Another major highlight was the transportation during the tour. We did the entire route in an electric car, which was extremely comfortable and in much better condition than average. The only negative point was the sea transport. Although we all paid the same ticket price and there were no assigned seats, to use the seats on the upper deck, it was necessary to buy a drink for 50,000 IDR per person. We considered this extra charge exaggerated and unreasonable. Even so, it was a fantastic experience and we totally recommend it! 🌴🌊🇮🇩

Si Dika ay isang mahusay na tour guide at driver para sa aking biyahe ngayon! Siya ay nasa oras, sinundo ako ng 5am at nagmaneho ng 3 oras papuntang silangang Bali. Ako ay isang solo traveler kaya tinulungan niya akong kumuha ng maraming magagandang litrato, maganda ang mga litrato at siya ay napakapasensyoso. Nakakuha siya ng mga nakamamanghang larawan at nakakabighaning drone footage na lumampas sa lahat ng aming inaasahan. Bawat sandali ay magandang napanatili, at ang mga huling resulta ay isang bagay na aming pahahalagahan magpakailanman. Ang karanasang ito ay lalong makabuluhan dahil ipinagdiriwang namin ang aming anibersaryo ng kasal, at ginawa itong tunay na di malilimutan ni Kadek. We booked Package A, it is a good deal since it already includes a guide and car ride. Our driver is Made Suni, he is friendly and chatty. He took us to some other places (Batik making, jewelry making, coffee plantation) on top of the itinerary mentioned in klook. He also sent us a copy of the actual itinerary in the morning before we started which was really helpful. Overall a good experience. Thank you!
