Sinundo kami sa aming hotel sakay ng van at dinala sa Berjaya Times Square upang hintayin ang aming tour bus. Napakabait ng aming tour guide na si Charlie at bus driver na si Robert. Maraming oras para umakyat at bumaba sa Batu Caves, kahit na mabagal ang paglalakad at nagpahinga nang matagal sa tuktok. Maganda ang sesyon sa umaga, hindi pa gaanong mainit nang dumating kami doon, ngunit nagsimulang uminit nang husto habang kami ay paalis na. Mayroong magagandang kainan na malapit, na may masasarap na meryenda (at pagkain kung gusto mo ng mas malaking kainan). Ayos lang ang pabrika ng batik. Maikli lang, pero ayos lang. Ang email para sa contact sa pick-up at drop-off ay dumating kinagabihan bago ang araw ng tour, kaya kami mismo ang nagtanong sa Klook. Dahil kasama ang pick-up at drop-off sa hotel, naging napakadali para sa amin na makasama sa tour. Nabisita namin ang pangunahing KL, kaya sulit na sulit ang presyo. Aktibo rin silang nag-alok na kumuha ng aming mga litrato. Hindi ako masyadong marunong mag-Ingles, ngunit ayos lang at walang problema basta naintindihan ko ang oras ng pagtitipon.

We booked the Bukit Tinggi and Batu Caves day tour, and it turned out to be a private tour just for me and my sister, which made the experience even more enjoyable! Our tour guide, Raj, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories about Malaysia, its culture, history, and local life while we were on the way to each destination. He also gave us enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. What made the tour extra special was that Raj introduced us to locally produced Malaysian fruits and local food, making the experience feel more authentic. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely made sure we had a great time. Thank you, Raj, for making our Malaysia trip so memorable! Highly recommended! 🇲🇾❤️

We had the best time during this tour. It was organized, senior-friendly and very informative. The pace from one place to another was just appropriate. We enjoyed every stop and learned a lot about Malaysia. The driver was also kind and accommodating.

Kuala Lumpu is worth to be seen l understanding its history and meanings. And this guided package does exactly this, we’re so happy we took it. Our guide, Mr. Tnesh was extremely knowledgeable, sharing the stories at each stop and making this trip a journey. Offered to take pictures for us, arranged for a guide at the Royal Selangor factory and knew the best spots. The factory tour was a great addition to well known Caves and city landmarks, it’s recommended. Don’t think too much, book this tour and you’ll enjoy it for sure. Thanks to Mr. Tnesh! also having the trip with the car and AC helps a lot in the hot weather.

However, it is advisable to avoid booking on Fridays due to increased pedestrian traffic and potential congestion. Mr. Rahman provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism and understanding when we experienced a slight delay.
