Spacious room, close to the airport. The ride from the airport (hotel shuttle pickup point) to the hotel takes probably no more than 15-20 minutes. The shuttle from the airport runs every half hour. However, it is not close to AEON Mall Narita or anything else; you need to drive or take public transportation. The hotel shuttle drops off at AEON Mall Narita on a scheduled basis, though not very frequently. I recommend this hotel if you plan to explore Narita city before heading into Tokyo.

The free shuttle bus to Jr station and airport is very helpful and considerate. My only concern is the sheets, it’s a little bit itchy. Overall highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. Being able to use the airport shuttle service gave us peace of mind, even for early morning flights or bad weather. There are many restaurants within walking distance, so the location felt very convenient. It is also easy to get to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, making it a recommended base for sightseeing. Next time, I'd like to check in early and leisurely stroll around the town of Narita.

Having seen many recommendations on Hotel Nikko Narita, I looked forward to this stay. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend a stay at Narita upon landing in Narita airport, or before departure especially because of the value for money of the room compared to staying in Tokyo. This hotel is one of the best in terms of shuttle bus provisions. Take the shuttle bus to JR Narita and walk along the Narita Omote-sando for a good way to spend half a day or walk to the Aeon mall to continue shopping to spend a full day until dinner. Narita is way less crowded than Tokyo and popular chains such as Uniqlo are still available. The shuttle buses remove the need for additional transport cost in Narita. Breakfast in the hotel was otherwise decent and not as great as I expected when seeing other reviews on the breakfast. The 33sqm room size was a very nice size and having water filter dispenser in the toilet helped us never run out of water to drink.

It is about a 5 to 8-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station. If you arrive at Narita on a late-night flight and have an early flight the next day, this is a pretty good choice. Nearby downstairs, there are izakayas open until midnight and two Lawson convenience stores. If you need to rent a car the next day, it is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to Toyota Rent a Car. If you don't mind walking a little further back toward the station area, there are plenty of dining options available. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport terminals, but seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is best to book and get your bus ticket at check-in. Also, the schedule is quite sparse, so you should allow at least half an hour. If you are in a hurry, taking the Keisei Electric Railway is recommended.

very nice and very clean all the time. also the locker room was big enough to fit my big suitcase and stuff.

Highly recommended for those of us taking an early flight, as it includes transportation that drops you off at the airport without having to struggle with your bags. The rooms are very clean and they have a restaurant that serves delicious food and offers discounts for seniors and children 👍
