We had an amazing East Jeju tour booked through Klook! Our tour guide, Jina, was energetic, attentive, and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning about Jeju’s culture, hiking Seongsan Ilchulbong, and watching the Haenyeo divers’ performance. This was my first time fishing in Jeju Island! The guide spoke some Chinese and English and was very patient in teaching us how to fish. We met at 9:40 AM, boarded the boat at 10:00 AM, and departed at 12:00 PM. The experience also included a grilled fish lunch afterward. It was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely come back to try fishing again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Day 2: We had a tour with Jina on our day 2. she was very experienced able to guide and inform on the itinerary well. it was truly enjoyable with stories of Jeju culture. Day 1 we had Alex, he was really kind and helpful. he helped us take pictures. he was truly Jeju boy explaining about Jeju. we truly recommend Jina and Alex. thank you for showing us Jeju and making our Jeju experience wonderful .

Sobrang nagustuhan namin ng kaibigan kong si Diana ang tour na ito. Ito ang paborito namin. Napakamaasikaso ng aming tour guide na si June, ginawa niyang napakasaya ng aming karanasan. Kumuha rin siya ng napakagagandang litrato para sa amin at sinigurado niyang komportable kami sa buong oras. Lubos na inirerekomenda ang paglilibot kasama siya 🤍

Cecilia, our guide was very accomodating. she event went out of our itinerary just to add a place (BTS themed cafe) just for us. She went with us the entire time and took photos for us. thank you so much!

It was great to be able to use various places on Jeju Island at an affordable price. I visited a few places that were listed as available facilities, but was told that the contract had ended. It seems necessary to improve the system so that this information can be checked more quickly.

I enjoyed the quick pace because I enjoy seeing nature. This keep it efficient with completing in a day and the group is small enough that it’s not hectic or too crowded especially since the main attractions are small. Be prepared on the Southern/Western tour for walking up stairs. I’m decently fit but those hikes are at least intermediate level. (My advice: the wetlands were under construction so I wasn’t really impressed, the 2nd waterfall has better views/noise, the ocean lava rocks at the bottom give a better less crowded view, and the Osulloc tea museum has free samples and the green tea is towards the InnisFree building - September). Don’t remember his name but the guide was chill. For the love of God, please throw your trash away and be silent near shrines/temples. Be a decent human and RESPECT NATURE. Thank you!😊🫰🧡🍊

Mama Jeju was amazing. She made the tour so enjoyable, filled it with fun activities and laughter, and treated us all with great respect she even showed respect for all the places we visited. She helped us take photos and recommended places to visit in Jeju. Overall, she’s a great choice to hire. Without a doubt, if we ever return to Jeju, we’ll definitely look for Mama Jeju services again.
