Nasiyahan din ako sa inayos na tagapamahala na si Eleven at sa driver na si Master Meng. Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!

We truly appreciate the travel agency's service in Southern Xinjiang. Our guide, Xiao Hui, was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated daily on our itinerary and important details via WeChat. Our driver, Ya Dong, was excellent; he was completely accommodating to our frequent requests to stop for photos, even though it affected his schedule and rest time, and he never complained. He also took us to try delicious and affordable local food. The airport transfer driver, Xiao Huang, was very punctual and engaging. The only area for improvement was the late communication regarding the itinerary contact person. We only received notification from Southern Xinjiang two days before departure. I tried to contact Klook, but it was difficult to find their contact information. It would be much better to receive this information a week before departure, as it allows for proper planning. Overall, I would recommend this tour to friends. All the attractions we visited were absolutely stunning.

This trip allowed me to appreciate the magnificent scenery of nature. However, please be aware that symptoms of altitude sickness may occur. Our driver, Ma Lei, was truly a remarkable person—my gratitude towards him is beyond words. I felt incredibly honored to travel with him. Ms. Kaixin, who was in charge of picking us up at the airport, welcomed us like family and took care of us until the end of our trip. The hotel was also excellent. Overall, the trip was very well-organized; Ms. Kaixin, driver Ma Lei, and the manager who oversaw the entire trip were all outstanding.

The whole experience was amazing, initially I was a little skeptical as it is a newly added tour in klook, however, the operator guided me pre trip by providing detailed and swift replies on any queries that I had and did all the necessary paperwork/permits. My guide, Kevin was exceptionally accommodative and patient despite not being able to speak english fluently. He is passionate on his work and even put in the extra mile though constant engagement and providing all the information and help thoughout the trip. I believe he is the best guide you ever needed.
