I really like hotels that are quiet, close to the city but don't hear the hustle and bustle of the city. There's plenty of parking, and the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable.

This place located at the center of Kota Kinabalu and only next to Wisma Merdeka..Can walk to Suria Sabah Shopping mall..All the staffs are friendly and kids stay for free during this month of Christmas..The food are excellent n the swimming pool good..

Nice studio suite and good for families, but breakfast service needs improvement. We arrived around 8:30am (within the stated 6:00–10:00am hours) and most food was already finished and not refilled, even while guests were still arriving.

love it there ….. the bed is awesome and the shower has got a strong water pressure that I really like . it’s quite central and it’s easy to go to anywhere. grab is cheap. the service at the reception is quite good too. very polite .
