Exceptional stay at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila for our joint birthday celebration (my mom's 61st and my 32nd)! The staff provided 100% top-quality service. We loved the beautiful decorations and the delicious complimentary cake in our connecting rooms. Thank you for making our day so special! The highlight of our stay was how wonderfully they treated us. We stayed in comfortable, well-appointed connecting rooms that were perfect for our family setup. The hotel staff surprised us by setting up lovely, festive room decorations along with a complimentary birthday cake that tasted amazing. It is rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to the little details that matter to guests. The ambiance was relaxing, the amenities were top-tier, and the genuine warmth of the Filipino hospitality shone through every interaction. We had a wonderful 2-day stay at BSA Twin Towers. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with our needs. We also appreciated the convenient location, with shopping malls, restaurants, and transportation easily accessible. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we had a great experience throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend BSA Twin Towers to family and friends and would happily stay here again in the future.

We stayed for 1 night since theres electrical issue in our unit. We had a great stay and also had a complimentary birthday cake for papa. the pool was small and the breakfast buffet was limited compare to the other Novotel. Kiddie corner is for babies only. but overall its a great stay!

the hotel is nice. the room is clean tho the hot water in the shower doesn't work so they had to call for the personnel the next day. I had to check out earlier so I had no choice but to take cold shower.

if you need a place to rest in manila while going on events, conferences, etc. this works good enough. it’s straightforward, simple and clean and most of all affordable.
