Inalagaan kami nang husto ni Paul – nagbibigay ng maiinit na inumin at meryenda. Last night, we joined this tour, and our guides Jack and Judith took such wonderful care of our family of four (including two elderly parents over 70)! Jack explained the scientific principles in great detail during the campfire barbecue, while we enjoyed the food, and listened to his stories, the atmosphere was so warm and cozy. What impressed us the most was Jack’s fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. My parents are Hakka speakers, and he even spoke Hakka with them! He immediately chatted with my parents in our hometown dialect, which made them instantly felt so close and comfortable. Jack also patiently taught us how to photograph the aurora with our phones. Judith also worked hard in the freezing cold to help us take photos. Both Jack and Judith were professional, humorous, attentive, and always put safety and comfort first, making sure the elderly didn’t get too cold or tired.Highly recommended for anyone wanting a memorable aurora adventure with family.

Lubos kong inirerekomenda na i-book ang tour na ito kung unang beses pumunta sa Finland. Para sa maikling pamamalagi sa Rovaniemi, sakop ng tour na ito ang mga esensyal. So happy to chase the Northern Lights in Finland again. The Northern Lights reflected on the lake are so beautiful. The weather is good today, and I'm very lucky. The weather is very cold, but this trip chasing the Northern Lights was worth it. Plus, there's a bonfire and food to eat, which is awesome! 👍

Dumating nang eksakto sa oras, 10:30 ng umaga. Natapos namin ang buong tour sa loob ng ~2 oras kasama na ang paglalakbay. Nakapagpakain kami ng reindeer, nakasakay sa sleigh, at binigyan kami ng meryenda pagkatapos. Sa kabuuan, kaaya-ayang karanasan at maayos ang daloy kasama ang kompanyang ito. Isa pa, malapit lang ang Santa Claus Village. Talagang irerekomenda ko!

We had a great time on this tour. Mike really did his best to chase the lights. You can tell that they're pros because of their knowledge and the tools they used. Caught the northern lights in this tour and we're very pleased.

First, regarding the pick-up, the car's color and license plate were listed, making the meeting point very easy to understand. As soon as Paul found us, he immediately opened the car door and invited us in. After that, we started and headed to our destination, and his driving was very smooth and safe, making for a comfortable ride. Upon arriving at the zoo, he took care of all the entrance procedures. In the meantime, we were able to take time to prepare for departure. He also gave us a brochure and explained the route. He also adjusted the schedule, telling us what time to finish viewing so we could make our lunch reservation. When we returned, he had secured a seat for us for lunch and was waiting! And it was a seat with a great view! After lunch, we headed back, and the drive was very safe, and we returned to the hotel on time. Thank you, Paul, for the wonderful service. If you want to enjoy Ranua Zoo efficiently and comfortably in a limited amount of time, I recommend Paul's tour!! Thank you, Paul, for the day.
