Price: Klook is 5,000 IDR more expensive than buying directly at the ticket counter.
Booking convenience on Klook: It is quite inconvenient to purchase through Klook as you are required to enter extensive information about each group member, which ultimately serves no purpose once you are on-site.
Experience: Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but the zoo actually has several attractions for children within the park. The prices inside are reasonable and we stayed busy throughout the day.

We went there as a family of four, including two children aged 3 and 5. All the activities kept us busy for 4 hours. It's okay for the price, but a bit old-fashioned. The kids loved it, which is the most important thing. There are other paid activities (not very expensive) on site if you want to make a full day of it.

ease of booking on Klook: 10/10 . i think this place is underated. this place is amazing. it has a lot of photo spot that you can take. they have this like show on certain hours which is incredible. they have plenty of old classic cars, helicopters, bike, F1 simulator, flight simulator to look at. if you a photogenic, you will not regret come here. but beware after your end tours as this place is far away from Grab cars spot. i have to ride Gojek from here back to Malang because no grab cars available here and the traffic jam is quite heavy.
