Cleanliness: It's much more crowded than before... not as clean as it used to be... several friends in our group who are prone to allergies experienced reactions... my daughter's legs were bitten by fleas. Hotel Location: It's convenient and quick to get there from Futian Port by car, about 45 minutes, assuming there's no traffic. Breakfast: Both the breakfast and dinner buffets don't have as many options as before. The food is okay, but the seating arrangement is very poor. You absolutely must remember to call and reserve your seats for the buffet dinner after booking... it's incredibly crowded during the summer holidays! However, overall it's still pretty good, it's fun, the kids had a great time, and we would go again.

The spa service needs serious improvement. The technicians were also badmouthing customers behind their backs, unaware that the people they were talking about were actually companions of the very people they were massaging. What happened was, we booked foot massages for 11 AM, but when we arrived, the technicians hadn't even started work. They claimed we were rushing them to come to work. In the evening, when we tried to make another appointment, they said Meituan was full but we could book on-site, and their attitude was also unfriendly.

Extended twice, so stayed a total of 13 days here. Great service from the staff, especially the chamber maid and front desk. Definitely one of the best budget hotels on this road. I had stayed in 6 or 7 of the hotels in this area and this one give the best value. Rooms are also great, my other two colleagues that came decided to make this hotel our first choice for future visits
