The hotel is very near the airport and there is shuttle bus service between the two places. The arrangement is perfect for travellers who arrive late or need to take the flight in the early morning.

Great location, staying near Narita airport, walking distance to JR Narita station and 2 minutes walk to Keisei Narita station, 2 AEON malls nearby and Lawson , rooms are not big but sufficient to meet daily needs, appreciate the hotel lobby drinks but breakfast wasn’t the nicest (can skip)

It's a little far from the subway station, about a 15-minute walk, but the staff is super friendly, the facilities are very good, my room for 3 people was very spacious, and within the same building there is a Family Mart, and it's worth mentioning that the gentleman there was super friendly. From the moment I arrived, we reserved for them to take us to the airport the next day, and the next day they took us very punctually in a bus. I recommend it.

The hotel itself is very good, the restaurant offers buffet dinner and free breakfast which is very convenient, there's a free shuttle going back and forth at the hotel, so no need to think about how to go back to the airport.

I had a pleasant stay at the International Garden Hotel Narita. The staff were courteous and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. My room was clean, and is equipped with the things I needed. I really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, and the convenient location -- close to Narita Airport (with free airport shuttle services). Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
