very easy and convient.. just scan QR code then you will get it. and you can make a seat reservation for the both of them.. it is easy too. and even you have reservesd seat already, you can change it later too..

Booking the Hokuriko Arch Pass on Klook was smooth and convenient. The pass was easy to book in the app and I received my voucher 7 days after i booked. i exchanged the voucher at Narita Airport and they gave me the actual pass which i can use unlimited on all JR east/west lines around tokyo and hokuriko region for 7 days. It was also convenient and easy to book Hokuriko shinkansen on our preferred time and date with reserved seats. Totally worth it! The only downside we had was the pass sometimes are not being recognized on some stations, it wont allow us to pass so we needed to go through the manned gate , but other that that no problem. Will still book for sire to explore other areas in Hokuriko..

Upon arrival at Narita airport we already claimed the pass and booked our Narita express rides and Shinkansen seat reservations for Nagano, Iiyama, Karuizawa. Big savings especially if your based in Tokyo.

Napaka-convenient at diretso gamitin. Tandaan lamang na sumakay sa tamang elevator upang makarating sa ground level. Hanapin ang elevator na para sa mga bus/chartered buses. Mayroon ding banyo sa loob ng mga bus!

Mga pagpipilian para sa red-eye flight o mga may kasamang matatanda o bata. Pagkalabas ng Narita Airport, sa kaliwa, kaunti lang pasulong ay ang Station 16 na. Ipakita ang QR code sa staff at pumila, tutulungan ng driver na ilagay ang mga bagahe sa rack, kailangan lang sumakay ng mga pasahero at umupo sa kahit saang upuan. Ang biyahe ay aabot ng mga 2.5 oras bago makarating sa rest stop, titigil ng 0.5 oras, pwedeng gumamit ng banyo o bumili ng mga bagay na makakain pabalik sa sasakyan, pagkatapos ay bibiyahe ulit ng mga 1 oras bago makarating sa West Wing Lobby ng Prince Hotel. 👍🏻
