We had a Mount Fuji day tour today with Lin Chenxuan, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very punctual, which made the day smooth and stress-free. Throughout the trip, he was informative and knowledgeable, sharing helpful details about the places we visited. He is also a safe and skilled driver, which is very reassuring given the long drive and mountain roads. On top of that, he was polite, respectful, and accommodating, making the whole tour comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable and professional driver for a Mount Fuji tour. Thank you for a great experience!

Captain Jack was amazing! He spoke both English and Mandarin (with ocassional Japanese) without missing a beat. 双语切换自如。He also helped to take photos. There was a jam so a lot of places were cut short and we skipped lunch entirely. I think the itinerary might still be a little too rushed even without the jam. But definitely still glad to visit many places in a day! One other comment, at the gathering point in the morning before the tour, it was quite hard to locate the assigned guide in the crowd. Would have been easier if the flag number was given.

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. I'm Mexican, I came alone, my English level is less than basic and even so Mila (the guide) was very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed. She was always available on Whatsapp and sent clear and precise instructions. You can definitely tell she loves her job. Thank you for everything, I will recommend the tour and obviously Mila. Regarding whether or not you will see Mount Fuji, the truth is it's a coin toss. I took the tour on February 20th and despite it saying it would be cloudy, it showed itself all morning until 1 pm. Take that into account because seeing Mount Fuji was the only reason I took the tour, if I hadn't seen it I would honestly be angry, not because of the organization, but because of the weather which I can't control hahaha

Napaka swerte ko ngayon dahil malinaw ang kalangitan, kaya nakita ko nang malinaw ang Bundok Fuji. Sulit ang lahat ng paglalakbay; perpekto ito at sobrang nag-enjoy ako na hindi ko makakalimutan ang araw na ito. Natutuwa ako na nagkaroon ako ng isang English guide na nagngangalang "Yuri-san"🌸💕 Maraming salamat po!

Very nice and helpful guide (Penguin) explaining and guiding us through the trip even recommending good dessert, food and drinks. Driver was responsible and thoughtful too. Gave us a comfortable and safe trip and even stopped for us to use the restroom when there’s heavy traffic. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I joined a Hakone day trip, and it really exceeded my expectations by far! This trip became extra special because of the guide, Sakuragi. He was not only very professional, with detailed explanations of the attractions, but also enthusiastic, maximizing the emotional value throughout the trip, making people feel especially warm and considerate. He switched between Chinese and English with ease, and even had a touch of cute humor. He was handsome and approachable at the same time, I have to give him 100 points 💯! Although the weather wasn't perfect, the scenery of Hakone wasn't diminished at all. Instead, the clouds and changes in light and shadow made it appear more tranquil and profound, with a sense of sacred power. The moment I boarded the pirate ship, I really had the illusion that my "One Piece" dream had come true, as if I had become a pirate pursuing the Grand Line, so cool! However, the most shocking part of the whole trip was Owakudani. I regretted not being able to visit a volcano during my trip to Indonesia, but this time my dream finally came true! The steaming surface, the smell of sulfur, the magnificent landscape... it was really cool and spectacular. It was my first time eating the legendary black egg, and it was so delicious with salt, especially simple and delicious. The biggest surprise was that Hello Kitty had a collaboration with Owakudani and Mount Fuji. As a long-time Hello Kitty fan, I was instantly overwhelmed, it was so cute it was almost unfair! Afterwards, we also went to Lake Yamanaka. The lake water was as clear as a mirror, gently reflecting the surrounding mountain scenery on the lake surface. Although the clouds were thick that day and we couldn't see the full view of Mount Fuji, it made me understand the impermanence of nature and its beauty even more. As someone who has lived in Canada for five years, I am actually very open to the fact that I couldn't see Mount Fuji. After all, if it snows, Mount Fuji will be shrouded in mist and you won't be able to see anything. And the snow scene here also made me compare the winters of Toronto and Manitoba - the snow there always brings the worries of endless shoveling and the anxiety of commuting, while the snow in Japan has a quiet power, falling on the mountains, lakes, and eaves, so quiet that it brings peace to the heart. Of course, you still need to wear enough clothes ❄️ The last stop was Oshino Hakkai. The fish cakes sold at the snack stalls there were absolutely delicious! They were even better than the famous fish cake shop I had in Haeundae, Busan, South Korea. They were chewy, fresh, and fragrant, and a hot bite healed my whole being. Although I missed seeing a clear view of Mount Fuji due to the weather, which was a bit of a pity, the whole trip was still perfect for me. Thank you to guide Sakuragi for bringing joy and companionship along the way, and thank you to Hakone for giving me such a gentle, rich, and healing day. Next time I come, I will definitely choose Hakone again, and choose this peace and beauty 💙

We really enjoyed this trip as a small group. It’s very comfortable and everything is definitely on time. Definitely hassle free (picked up and dropped off at the hotel). Tours are a bit short as you have little time to explore each place. I just felt like everything has to be done in a hurry. Will definitely try this again with my husband when we get back (travelled with just me and two of my kids).

Hindi ako madalas mag-iwan ng mga review, ngunit dahil napakaganda nito, gusto kong irekomenda ito sa maraming Koreano. Nag-alala ako nang husto tungkol sa pag-apply para sa tour, ngunit ito ang pinaka-makabuluhan at nakakatuwang iskedyul sa aking paglalakbay sa Tokyo. Maraming tao tuwing weekend kaya sinadya kong mag-apply para sa weekday at sa tingin ko, magandang desisyon iyon. Lahat ng mga taong kasama sa araw na iyon, kasama na ang Koreanong guide na si Grace, ay mga Koreano, kaya naging komportable at masaya ako sa buong tour. Lalo na akong nagpapasalamat kay Grace. Inaasikaso niya ang lahat ng mahigit 40 miyembro ng tour, mula sa mga taong mag-isang pumunta sa tour hanggang sa mga pamilya na may 4 o higit pang miyembro, at hindi ko makakalimutan ang kanyang dedikasyon sa pagkuha ng litrato ng bawat isa na may magandang background, sinasabing ang mga litrato na lang ang natitira. Ang pinakamaganda ay hindi masyadong nagkakapatong-patong ang iskedyul namin sa iba pang mga tour team, kaya walang masyadong tao sa bawat lugar na pinupuntahan ng aming tour team. Dahil sa pagiging maalalahanin na iyon, nakapagmasid kami ng magagandang tanawin ng Mt. Fuji sa loob ng mahabang panahon nang may napakaluwag at komportableng isipan. Bukod pa rito, ang bintana ng tour bus na sinakyan namin ay isang malaking picture window, kaya maganda ring makita ang magandang tanawin ng Mt. Fuji habang nakasakay sa bus. Magaling din magmaneho ang driver at mabait. Masaya ako sa araw na ito dahil nakalanghap ako ng sariwang hangin at nakagawa ng mga hindi malilimutang alaala. Sa huli, ipinrinta pa nila ang aming litrato na kinunan sa background ng Mt. Fuji at ibinigay bilang regalo, kaya hindi pa rin ako makaalis sa pagiging emosyonal sa buong araw na ito. Maraming salamat!!

The tour guide is very understanding. we missed the bus & we took the public bus to go there and he met us there and automatically helped us i getting the ticket/gears all ready and we able to board the tour bus back. Thank you so much!
