Sea Stars 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Most Halong Bay cruises claim to be “5-star,” but very few actually deliver. This one genuinely does. From the moment we boarded, everything felt premium, the design of the cruise, the smooth operations and the calm, well organised atmosphere. The cruise stood out so much that people at the bay were stopping to take photos of it. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional and attentive, which made the entire experience completely stress free. The food was excellent, with a great buffet spread and well prepared meals throughout the journey. Activities were well planned and enjoyable. We booked the 2 days / 1 night option but after experiencing the cruise, I honestly wish we had chosen 3 days / 2 nights — that’s how good it was. A special thank you to the team for upgrading my suite to a premium room, which made the stay even more memorable. If you want a cruise that actually lives up to the 5-star label, this is the one. Amazing overall experience with only about 25 guests on the entire cruise with equal number of staff catering to our needs. Rooms are plush and modern while the entire ship is luxurious and spacious. Staff were amazing as well, very friendly and do a great job setting expeditions. We were always informed on dining, activities, etc which were all very good. Highly recommend this cruise it.

อ่านรีวิว ค่อนข้างกลัว ว่าจะไม่ได้เรือที่ถูกต้อง สรุปว่า ได้ Sea Stars cruise จริงๆ คนขับรถมารับที่โรงแรมในฮานอย และส่งกลับฮานอยอย่างไม่มีปัญหา ทุกการติดต่อทำผ่าน WhatsApp ในส่วนของเรือ บริการดีเยี่ยม หรูหรา นอนสบายขับนิ่ม แต่อาหารยังไม่หลากหลาย บางอย่างหมดไม่เติม อย่างเช่นกุ้ง ทั้งที่อยู่ในทะเล ถ้าอาหารเยอะจะให้เต็ม 5 ดาวเลย แอบพกน้ำพกเบียร์ใส่กระเป๋าเดินทางมาก็ดีนะ เพราะบนเรือแพงมากๆ

Amazing experience on the Catherine Cruise last week - still dreaming about it back home. Excellent staff throughout - Maddie the very responsive and responsible coordinator from the start to all the excellent crew members, including Van who was very attentive, considerate and professional, and Ashley the guide who kindly offered to take photos for us. The rooms and facilities were wonderful too. A pity we didnt have enough time to rest and relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and breeze from the balcony, the bath or the very comfortable bed. Would have liked to book a 2 night stay - only the 1 night option was available on Klook. We spent less than 24hrs on the cruise as had to check out early in preparation for next batch of guests. It turned out to be too rushed, though we appreciated and enjoyed the excursions and activities organised. All in all, it was a great and memorable experience, and have highly recommended to my friends.

当初予定していた船から他の船へ変更されましたが、とても素晴らしい船上でのひとときを過ごせました。私たちはアクティビティには参加しませんでしたが、老若男女それぞれ希望の過ごし方ができるので、安心して友人知人にもお勧めできます。記念日や誕生日のお祝いに乗船すると良い思い出になるでしょう。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーにもてなしてくださり、再び乗りたくなるクルーズです。素敵な思い出ができました。ありがとう！

굉장히 고급스러운 크루즈 여정을 즐길 수 있었습니다ㅎㅎ 식사는 한국인에 입맛에 맞춘 메뉴가 많진 않았지만 빵과 디저트류는 정말 높은 퀄리티였어요! 일정도 굉장히 알차고 타이트했습니다. 그래도 동굴에서 설명해주셨던 가이드가 다른 팀들보다 더 훌륭하게 설명해주셨어요. 수영장도 정말 멋졌구요. 마사지사의 마사지도 정말 훌륭했습니다. 아쉬웠던 것은 그저 일정이 알차서 좋은 시설 누리는 시간이 생각보다 부족했다는 점 빼고는 너무너무 좋았습니다. 이번엔 친구랑 왔지만 다음에는 커플 또는 가족 단위로 오고 싶습니다. 인스타와 구글에도 좋은 리뷰 올리겠습니다^^ IG : @yoongmiinkiim

全體工作人員都很熱情開朗，有問題也都會幫忙解決，主要團體行程兩個時間不會排太緊，船上用餐都很棒，肉質鮮嫩，海鮮滿多的。但晚餐時間對素食者不友善，晚餐正常吃西式排餐，素食者只有披薩、義大利麵和馬鈴薯，義大利麵和披薩很像是料理包食品。 房間視野很棒！超大落地窗，有點設計感，隔音很好，睡的很安穩～

the cruise was indeed offering a luxurious experience, the room, the staffs, the room did meet our expectations. however, one little suggestion is it would have been perfect if water was provided during lunch and dinner.

Excellent food, excellent yacht. Worth the price. Room was in great condition and excursions were fun.

遊輪上的房間，服務，食物，行程都是五星水平，幾乎完美，沒有任何好挑剔。但巴士接送服務只能給一顆星，去下龍灣的路程開了3小時都沒停過，想上廁所要忍到司機可以抽成的禮品店，進了禮品店裡面是單行道沒整間逛完出不去（走非常遠），離開禮品店後不到五分鐘就到目的地，那還需要浪費半小時去禮品店上廁所嗎？整個無言~.
