2D1N Pag-akyat sa Bundok Prau, Paglilibot sa Dieng at Templo ng Borobudur

Driver was friendly but just a driver and not a guide. The ticket to Borobudur was for the grounds only and did not include the ticket to access the temple structure. Only found out when I was at Borobudur and was told that temple ticket had to be pre-booked, slots were already full. The agent claimed that he couldn’t book it but this can be easily solved by being clear in the description and we could have pre-booked ourselves. I feel a bit cheated. The guide at Dieng was knowledgeable and friendly but he could not take us up to Mount Prau the next day. I was given a non-English speaking guide. He mentioned this was already made known to the main agent. This wasn’t made known to me. The accommodation at Dieng was basic and uncomfortable - springs on the bed were moving as I moved. There was no wash basin in the attached bathroom. For the price this agent is charging, I think we can afford to have better accommodation. I am not expecting city hotel standard but at least a clean and decent room with a bed with proper springs, clean beddings and a basic toilet with wash basin. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. As an example, 4-star hotel (eg Melia in the city) cost S$100/night. This package is S$200/pax and the accommodation was less than basic. Will not recommend this company for future trips - not thoughtful, poor disclosure of info and accommodation. Not value for money.
